If you crave that Bruce Lee Seiko 5,

better get your local dealer ready to try and order one.
The SRKP17 is the only one that I’d think of buying, but then there’s the Super Cub editione specialé which has a nice wrist strap design…

finally got around to

take some nice pictures of this simple Dugena Quartz pocket watch (so nothing fancy), but since it is a keepsake from my dad, a precious one for me

thinking about g shocks again… been wearing the mechanical daily but pining for the get up and go ability of a big ol digital. there’s always the classic square ones but the GBD series with the memory in pixels display look very neat also. heart rate monitor would be cool

OK this DW-H5600MB-1 with the metal bezel instantly grabbed my attention. it looks perfect, the Halo wrist tacpad I’ve been waiting for. of course it’s sold out waaaagh

should I make a field trip to the soho boutique for this? that’s nuts right.

neato.

I am not into busy watches though.
my current watch is a black nurses watch with white font.

I really like single hand watches:

the green dial is rather hard to get now, went with boring dark blue dial

bit of a fingerprint magnet. I have to swap the bracelet for something else, can’t get it any tighter lest my hefty thumb meat prevent it from passing over my hand

categorically not a watch guy but i will always look twice at a lapis dial

i absolutely can feel that sentiment, have to stop myself from timing everything as well now!

finally fulfilled a long-held wish and treated myself to a Speedtimer Chrono, and the (expensive) 145y anniversary edition, one out of 700pcs.

Wasn’t sure if it would feel too big on my wrist, but can report that it doesn’t, thankfully!
