hey I need everyone to just step back a minute and breathe, go outside, touch grass, see the sun, feel the heat
you’re in too deep
That’s what pioneers are feeling when they start to realize they have been assimilated into the mainstream … the masses are saluting our notbov’s pioneering horse-spirit ![]()
I made a club called Mare Manor if anyone wants to join a club and hasn’t yet
It’s just been miffy and I exchanging shoes every day
Need more people to swap shoes with, I don’t want to do that with total strangers. Unless they’re in my clubhouse, then I’m okay with it
Meanwhile

(I did get two Kitasans tho)
So Kitasan Black is good, but it only goes from good to BiS at level 45 (4 copies). At the half anniversary event we’ll be getting resources that can be used to select any SSR, and add a limit break to any SSR, which functionally means 2 more Kitasan Blacks for everyone.
Kind of the main goal of rolling on Black is because the card pool is small now. That means more duplicates, so you can limit break more cards.
The actual JRA course animations. Cygames did an admirable job of matching the bowling alley aesthetics.
my friend told me she got into this “horsegirl game” and i told her i knew more about this than i wanted to
Finally broke into E3, so I just sent my application!
Oh snap are you already in or do I have to do somethin’…
There’s another Mare Manor!!! What the hell…
Hold on I’ll invite you
Holy smokes!!

Here is my friend code if anyone wants to follow me…I’m Bachio…I can invite after getting a request!
Followed!!!
New schedule up.
Looks like no Seiun Sky until September. I’m looking forward to breeding some freak horses for Champions Meeting. I have certainly put… an amount of time into the game by now, although I still haven’t been too successful at making decent spark parents.
EDIT: Wait, distance and position affinities don’t contribute to the point budget for staying in the B rank bracket? oh god oh man oh god oh man
what? yes they do
this is confusing but because the baseline assumption is a horse with A to position/distance/track type and getting to S is the same rank multiplier, you’re already getting the max score. if you have a skill with track/position/distance requirements and you have a B or below in that category, you get less points for it
now you would rightfully respond “so there’s no meaningful difference in rank in getting a trait to S” and, yeah, that’s right, but they do influence the final score
this will be slightly more relevant when non-neutral skills for multiple distance/positions and skills with position and distance requirements get introduced
My experience for 17 of 20 CM day 1 races:
Turns out I was worried for nothing (famous last words), thinking that everyone was minmaxing and watching 40 minute guides on youtube for the races. With two 7900+ horses old enough to know how to dial a rotary phone, and Ninth Nature, I breezed through these prelims.
(Ninth Nature pictured here erasing entire bloodlines)
But I’m not quite ready to challenge god, as just as I was mocking someone for trying to run a Nice Nature built to win the race, a Nice Nature built to win the race won the race:
Somehow she managed to dodge through a battlefield of murmurs to close it out.
They call her Tennozensky, because like the Tenno Sho they both kill Silence Suzukas.
Based on bov’s old posts in this thread, I assumed I should just go with unranked for the CM, and I’m kind of regretting that now. I didn’t even bother doing additional attempts after getting my 3/5 wins for day 1.
