you only have to care as much as you want to care and also as much as you’re willing to open up your wallet because pity on the banners is 200 pulls

make sure there’s no menu items marked with “new”. you should be opening up the Archive anyway because you get free carats for raising your trainer level but they never tell you about this or that opening up the archive triggers this
also you would have to click on every “new” entry in the archive and if you’ve played enough cards and horses in the campaign, it’s going to be 150-200+ items so get used to the red exclamation mark
i got curious and started installing this and was running the during install tutorial and the constant sound of their shoes as they race is hilarious, but it ran like shit despite taking up like less than 1/8 of my screen so i quit and uninstalled in the middle of the idol show
i just cannot like girls enough to play a gacha that runs at like 15 fps at best
there’s actually a simpler, less heavy graphics option but you can’t actually enable it until all the tutorial nonsense is over
I’m also surprised because most recent mobile devices and PC iGPUs should be able to handle it (though I remember the upgraded graphics made my Pixel 6 explode if it was raining on the track or, god, if it was a dirt track)

I can also be the graphical slowdown glitch you encounter if you don’t run the game in administrator mode. My game slowed anytime I moved my mouse until I turned on administrator mode in the .exe. options.
I played the JP version off and on, but now that I can actually sit and read the dialogue: man, these careers are long! But it’s still all very nostalgic. These kinds of raising sims are a real rarity these years.
