This has happened to me since day 1 and still does. When I have played several videos in a thread and scroll down, at some point they all start playing again simultaneously. I just hit Ctrl + R unless it sounds interesting.

A clue: it looked like I hadn’t given OSB a blood potion and someone else had but I had and when I clicked the BP button it threw this

Got that when I tried bloodpotioning a post yesterday. Reloaded the page, and it showed I had already given the blood.

have also tried cache clears and the like, no improvement
it’s like whatever mark-as-read list title formatting mechanism is completely broken or switched off or something, literally every thread from the dawn of sb2 time is lit white

using chrome’s Inspect thing i’m seeing a load of deprecation notices in the console, dunno if that’s relevant

The console might have specific local js errors too

I get the same deprecation notice as Brooks so that’s likely not the cause.
The JS for this functionality is in assets → _application…
Seems like an issue getting the respective users’ JSON but I don’t completely understand how it works. Reading up now
FWIW I’m having this as well. I’ve had it for a minute or two sporadically in the past, but this has been like an hours long thing this time.
mine is still very much borked
interestingly, i created a new account to see if it was specific to my current; got the same problem again
im being stalked by the avatars, when I scroll up they reposition to the end of the post when it scrolls into view
I can see how it would be mildly handy but our avs are pretty big, plus clicking on the ‘show the post this is a reply to’ button puts the avatar in a very distracting position

Yeah, mine’s still borked too.
I’m having the same issue as Brooks, OSB, and username, it’s been consistent for at least three days and is driving me bonkers.

That’s new intended behavior with the update from yesterday and not a bug fwiw.
After this I was totally stumped. It’s something that only impacts some people but also neither user-specific nor browser-specific? Bizarre.
Brooks also tried with a clean Windows/Chrome install to the same result.
It’s also broken for uh, a new account of mine as well.

Further data point: it is not broken for this user on Chrome on iOS.

To clarify, there are two visual behaviors we could be talking about
- the new/unread/tracking classification and associated post/topic counts
- changing read topics from white to grey on first visit
Both of these are broken for y’all?
