Yeah, you own and are free to distribute / sell / do whatever with anything you create in pico8, and you can even retain those rights when uploading it to his site (you can provide a license on upload if you want others to be able to remix your stuff freely).

the key is getting the cab ir right, and that’s usually how i start setting up an itb guitar channel, once i’ve loaded up whatever amp vst i’m going for, set the input gain to not clipping and left all the knobs at 5
go cab/speaker model, then mic(s) positions, tonestack from highest to lowest freqs and then finally amp gain

I recorded audio of nika’s family and my mom’s side of the family meeting in chicago for the first time and wanted to do a song “about” it
