been messing around with the particulars of how i illustrate characters recently
i’m not making a version of this one without all of the Social Media Character Post Detailstm so enjoy the fun facts or die. also i was messing around with shading these basically the same way i do my spritework and i think i’m gonna work at this more cuz i actually mostly really like it

after a while of not doing any drawing or writing work on account of Wrist and Joint Problems, i’ve done an arted again! did a ladydevimon as though she were an RPG enemy
i, of course because i’m me, made a fake console palette for this:
i’m probably gonna do more of these 72x72px, 5-color sprites of things i like / my own characters for a little while to get back in the swing. they’re fun, i like the colorset, and uh. yeah i mean they’re lower impact than my file.frnds stuff cuz thats got animation and design and shit involved. much easier to just do a one-off drawin, esp while i’m trying to avoid making injuries worse … again

I did some edits to some of my work in my meagre portfolio since I feel like I’ve improved a lot generally since I did much of it. I like how Artstation lets you sneakily replace files without notifying anyone, so even if you upload something a bit wonky you can just sneak in and fix it later. Sneaking is the essence of art—Beestation Link
Regrettably since this is for work it has my real name on it, but oh well. How long can one truly stay pseudonymous for online and also who cares
