I mean it’s not even other players, random NPCs will bark “you look like a [t-slur]” at your female player character in GTA Online
note that I last actively played it many years ago so it’s entirely possible they deleted that but

Ah i was right this is only for ps5/series.
Q: Has anybody here actually played this game, and if so how fun is it to play?
Control-wise most footage makes it look like something in between Monkey Race and a traditional raster racer. I can’t decide whether that would be fun or infuriating.

I have played quite a bit of this game. It is extremely infuriating, the controls are bizarre (left and right on the pad “strafe”, L and R shoulders “turn” you, but the game also automatically turns the camera when you go around a corner so you’re kinda balancing your manual turning with the game’s auto-turning - extremely unintuitive) but also a lot of fun. I think the difficulty is tuned too high by default, because I’ve never managed to survive past track 3 or so

The original voice actor was doing a Scouser accent (from Liverpool), the consensus seems to be on the Final Cut voice actor is doing the same accent, just less over-the-top (and most people seem to prefer the over-the-top one).
Any SBer fired a real machine gun irl? What’s the feeling when you are playing a modern AAA shooting game when you had realistic experience? And what’s about playing a flying game after you had flying experience?
Firing guns in videogames compared to the real thing is basically the same as walking in videogames compared to the real thing.

Teknoparrot’s code base seems completely terrifying but I’ve always liked the idea of compatibility shims for more kiosk-style x86 platforms that make them work on a PC without emulation (I still expect this to happen for PS4 someday) so even though it throws a ton of antivirus warnings it’s cool in my book
