Where should I play Devil May Cry 3? Switch (portably), PS4, or original version on Xbox 360?

I think the modern ports have eclipsed the original now. Style switching as a built in thing and all that.

Probably comes down to which controller you prefer.

A couple years back a hacked version of the old PC was getting passed around with replaced music, MvC2 style. But I kind of think that cheesy soundtrack is half the charm.

I think the Ps4 might be a bit more comfortable for long sessions, but on the other end, maybe playing the game on a large television could be worse then playing it on the Switch small screen… which is why the Switch is still a bit tempting. Did you have a chance to see how good-bad it looks on PS4?

www.freecodecamp.org is the site my former roommate swears by, but his specific path involved going through some kind of front-end developer bootcamp for a few months. That was a few years ago—he now has an annual salary greater than Julie’s and mine combined.

was there any advantage at all to installing retroarch through steam?

cloud saves

I do remember back when I had more energy to do things that I managed to setup my retroarch saves to automatically go in my Dropbox folder on both my computer and my phone to sync them so I could at any time pick up from where I left off in Shin Megami Tensei whether at home or on the bus.

I did that once! It rules until one part of the process breaks and I have to remember how I set it up

I use doubletwist, the free version is fine. I only switched because the one I was using previously would randomly stop playing songs for no reason, and double twist does not do that.

I paid for the upgrade simply to get gapless playback, the only feature the free version was missing.

Foobar is also fine if you don’t have issues with it like I did

Poweramp has been good to me for years.

It crashed my Switch the only time I ever tried it so I’m wary of any 3rd party game made with Unreal

Does android have Marvis? Doesn’t seem like it but google is terrible. I paid the 8 bucks or whatever and am extremely happy with it.

Otherwise give up and Spotify/Google Play/etc

iOS foobar2000 drives me nuts by omitting the disc number field in the tags. I’m not sure if that’s an issue across platforms or something that would bother anyone else though.

went with this cuz it has a visualizer
