The throughline of “magic items” from myth to literature to tabletop to videogames is probably a really fruitful doctoral thesis for somebody or other.

I want to replace my incredibly loud PC PSU with a very quiet (or preferably silent) alternative. I know nothing about computer components/brands. What would be some good choices?
So this has already been answered but if you want an official response from the developers when they went back to make the PS3 special edition and PC versions they removed difficulty select and put the game on Easy all the time.

Two general laws of PC noise you should keep in mind are that A) larger fans are quieter than smaller fans, and B) if you change your electronics to run cooler, then you can also make your fans run slower (or not at all) and therefore quieter.

If you have a generally well-ventilated system and an indifference to price, you can get a high-efficiency fanless PSU. I have this one, which I am only equipped to say is indeed silent and supplies power but which got excellent reviews from people who know about such things.

Do any Wizardry-esque dungeon crawlers use hex-based maps/movement? Or even just allow diagonal movement?
is the ps4 a decent bluray player? vaguely remember complaints about some aspect of this when it first launched
IIRC, the main issue the PS4 had was sound desync while playing back at 24hz. That might be worth looking into to see if it still occurs.

Looks like Mobius Final Fantasy, Square Enix’s “console Final Fantasy experience” for smartphones.
On that note, Final Fantasy was so much better when 9999 was the limit.
Is that a mouse cursor? Is using mice on smartphones a common thing now, or is that evidence of virtualization?
