it cycles every 360 degrees so that’s actually the same value as 220
i like toups better because even though theres no purple in the logo itll match the theme
it still kinda looks orange in villians
oh wait that second one that got posted is alright
btw i use the Mauve’s Blue theme so yeah i do use them. i wanted that virtual boy theme i put together like a million years ago but i don’t think i sent it properly or something
You can just PM me the themes you want to add.
I’ll work on the purple theme later today and will ask for additional input after I get it set up and screenshotted. screenshat?
I feel like this could be a fun podcast.
Is this like the contemporary “That’d make a good band name” now ![]()
So I know @toups has been playing 'em, but - if I wanna play the Witcher games, can I just jump around, or is it best to play them in order?
I’ve heard the first game is pretty rough these days, but I’m guessing I’d probably wind up playing it PC > Xbox 360 > PS4, which is kinda wild.
Then I guess there’s the whole issue of “do I need to read the books first or, uh”
I’m going to go out on a limb and say you don’t need to read the books unless you become a super fan
I’m about to get Breath of the Wild at last. Will I have a better time with it if I get the paid DLC before I start or can I pick it up whenever or if I feel like it?
i think the big thing is you can’t play on hard mode unless you get the dlc
aha. Is hard mode recommended for a first timer or could it wait for postgame/second runs?
I played on regular and didn’t find it lacking in difficulty which is unusual for me but I only had three korok seeds and didn’t even do the gerudo arc
Cool. I’ll hold off and see if I want MORE after I play it.
Okay, another question. Did anyone who didn’t play Return to Zork in the 90s play it later and actually like it?
So hard mode makes the combat harder, but imo the combat isn’t the interesting part of the game so why emphasize it?
Although if you’re the type of person that needs tangible rewards for exploration and for all of the systems in a video game to matter, then you’d probably be better served by hard mode. (The rewards are the same, but the harder difficulty makes them matter more.)
I am very much not this person; thank you.

If you’re increasing the number of sticks, your laptop will get slightly heavier!
1 is a historical curiosity and kind of gross, 2 is effectively a gaiden with mostly different characters than the other two, 3 has a massive scope and you probably won’t want to play the others afterward.
I would say just 2 then 3
I played 2 without playing 1 and it was fine. Maybe watch a youtube recap if you’re really curious. I imagine the same is true of 3.
is the last remnant cool enough to justify the effort of getting into jt
alt q: is the effort of getting into it an energising exercise in itself
Ditto what other people said, also: whatever you do DO NOT read the books
