CRT Eliminator hardware allows for digital-to-digital output for PCs that only supported analog out. Hooks into the graphics card directly to bypass the DAC entirely. Looks real nice. Supposedly releasing sometime this year
I’m curious what modes of RDR1 MP that were responsible for positive memories, because my only memory was going into an empty deathmatch map and instantly getting killed by a max level player throwing dynamite.
free roam, deathmatch, capture the flag
the entire multiplayer experience was excellent. you needed to spend some time with the mode to prepare, but there was an option for friendly free roam so you could gear up without getting PVPed
i still haven’t played Red Dead Online but my understanding is the core PVP stuff is not nearly as good as the stuff from RDR1
the co op online in red dead felt like super unfinished to me? you could just ride around and do hideouts with people. it was fun for a few hours but like I never felt compelled to go back to it. i never touched pvp because I feel like that’s where id be reminded most I was playing a rockstar game. it was cool how you could play as basically every character in the game though
For me the “core pvp” experience of red dead online was out griefing griefers and knifing dog killers to death over and over until they logout or switch to using explosive ammo which you know means they’re mad and you’ve won, senseless murder and mayhem in the mud of the valentine thoroughfare night after night.
I think people are just going to play this port of 1 and see how much it doesn’t really hold up. I think even at the time I thought it was not as good as gta 4 except for that great ending. pretty long and meandering game. doesn’t really hold a candle to 2 for me. also there’s not even a ps5 version it’s a ps4 port that’s just backwards compatible with ps5? it’s weird all the rdr1 areas are in rdr2, with their resources could they not have just brought over the mission and audio data and tweaked the areas to match their status in 1910. probably could of just hired modders to do that. rockstar seems like valve now, unable to make games but too big to fail
where’s that goddamn max payne 3 soundtrack rerelease rockstar
Wow i thought that was already out. Well, people on youtube have gone as far as rebuilding in game versions of the tracks by mixing together stems on their own but that’s not the real thing obv
my word
Tengo Project is three dudes
Turns out that’s all that’s needed.
Someone please confirm their ages and then plot out potential production capability remaining based on output thus far, typical retirement age, and average life expectancy.
I don’t think you want to know how old they are
They’ve been working in games since the early-mid 90s. The first project they did together in their current grouping was Omega Five in 2008, if anyone remembers that one. It was a shmup on Xbox live arcade. It was good but this new game looks way better.
Original Kage came out in 1990. Looking forward to a comparison video to see what they changed between now and then.
Look, I’m not saying my expectations are unrealistic, but I think it would be a shame if they didn’t also get the chance to give this treatment to Shatterhand, Mitsume ga Touru, Dragon Fighter, Power Rangers, Abadox, S.C.A.T., Tail’Gator, and Spanky’s Quest.
I want them to be at this long enough to make Omega Six
Power Rangers vs Gundam Wing at Evo ‘26, imo.
