heeeeyyyyy I was able to look through my entire list of Steam games and figure out what the hell this was. It’s called Spirits of Xanadu and it rules. I guess it’s by Nightdive which I definitely did not remember, it wouldn’t shock me if this was like their trial run at building up the chops for the System Shock remake. It is literally 2 American dollars on Steam right now, so if “derelict spaceship stuff” does anything for you you really ought to give it a try.

The more I see of Armored Core 6, the more certain I am the best course of action will be to install it and then play it offline with my brother and completely ignore any and everything the internet might have to say about it.
