sunset overdrive was able to walk this line imo and even then as a “successful” example it wasn’t all that compelling. like, it’s just not ever going to work at that scale. and it’s too broad of an idea to have anything meaningful to say

I think it’s a 3v3v3 PVE thing like Hunt Showdown but with Payday objectives.
it’s funny that this is a game about people stealing merch from mars (?) when none of the characters look particularly cool. You figure that people stealing trendy clothes from some kind of purge-OK mall in space would at least dress cool. But they’re stealing sonic merch so maybe they aren’t really cut out for the space hypebeast career? They’re going to steal consumer goods in space and instead of robbing a high end clothing store they’re robbing a Gamestop, and they’re not even stealing games, they’re stealing knicknacks from the weird bins in the front of the shop

Anyone that would take him up on the refund is a monster.
