Into it.

Question: There are many Pikachu running around, but is the Pikachu in the cartoons and the movies and Smash Bros. and commercials and other media always the same Pikachu? Is Detective Pikachu the first new non same Star Pikachu?

I think it’s implied that they are the same Pikachu by virtue of having the same VA, whereas alternate Pikachu (Pikachus?) in the show have different voices

Seems logical, I guess

Kids have been catching Pikachus for a decade. This summer…the caught becomes the catcher…

If any Pokemon other than Pikachu had a chance of getting a starring roll in a game who do you think it’d be?

I don’t know if I’ll be day one but yeah chalk me up as well. I’ll be playing on PS4.

they gotta just get the birth rate up over there so americans quit taking this stuff at face value when it’s localized

that trailer has images of “Coffee with Pikachu” and “Pikachu Needs a Shoulder to Cry On” and other games i’d rather play than a Pikachu detective game.

“Detective Pikachu, I need your help to solve my wife’s murder.”

As someone who does not enjoy incursions into their personal space, I would be for censoring all hugging

I also do not enjoy being pet, but I sport a giant mass of wool-esque hair half of the time so you can imagine

Black bar and redact all foreign games

first VR Game that involves hugging as a primary mechanic is an instant-purchase, if you ask me

A hugging mechanic in games could revolutionize game design. I want to play a stealth game where you have to stealth-hug people. You would basically creep up undetected, wait for the right moment and then pounce and surprise people with hugs.

Like Sneak King but with hugs rather than hamburgers.

yeah but once you get into that hug, you either slice their throat or choke em out. this was more infuriating when you’re walking around you Mother Base and just want to show how much you care about your Diamond Dogs.

“Thanks for the hug, Boss”.

I never knew all these years why I liked MGS until now and I find out it was the hugging, and not the hurting, all along.

I think in one of the Splinter Cell games you could hug people and then whisper in their ear in multiplayer
