I clicked that link, and then I saw the phrase “age 15 or older” and I was immediately terrified that they were talking about some loli age of consent thing and not the CERO rating.

If it’s anything like how the Japanese store works, you also get 30 free My Nintendo points every week if you open the eShop at all. Same goes for logging into the Nintendo web site and Miiverse. (For reference, a 3DS download of WarioWare Touched is 1000 points.)
