I’m not aware of the twitter trend so I’m just going to share ten movies. I’m going to avoid repeating what I had mentioned in the poll three years ago.

Your list kicks ass what the hell are you talking about?

yeah that list was pretty good imo. like you like ā€˜dad’ movies or whatever but you have good taste in them

have you watched the dolph movie men at war yet? i think i talked to you about it a lil before and it seems super up your alley if you havent seen it yet

THEY MADE ME DO IT

(fwiw, just copying what Letterboxd lists as favs in descending order)

which isn’t bad, but i’d shuffle around a few of the 5 :star: :zeldaheart: s, e.g. Night is Short Walk on Girl should be top four, and i LOVE decision to leave.

And to prove that i didn’t joke when i said my list is boring mid as eff, here come the next 32 as lbxd deems them worthy:

Wais fom yo Gwaive

ALRIGHT, KEEP GOING

THE FINAL LAP

(but they are right with La La Land, THAT’S A DESERVED #1 and i would have said so w/o lbxd as well, because i haven’t seen a post 2000 movie more times than that)

before you ask (i know nobody will BUT LET ME HAVE FUN)

misty is absolutely full of hot steamin’ action as you’d expect w/ that title :smirk:
(of course not)

chocolate is about a guy who runs away because he didn’t get chocolate from a girl
(nope not at all)

Signal is about network engineers having a night out
(def NOT)

and 1,2,3 is a movie about a socialist trying to become a capitalist over night
( :tarothink: )

Deadpool & Wolverine was a great time basically whenever there wasn’t an action sequence, with the exception of like 1 or 2. They mostly all go on too long, i bet you could have cut like 30 seconds out of all of them and gotten the runtime under two hours.

But I liked it! I feel like I made the right choice in checking out almost entirely from the MCU until this one.

I know there’s like 30 of these movies now, and is this somehow the first one that directly references artwork from the source material? I always felt like that was a major shortcoming of this whole operation, and that won it some points with me even if it was just for a gag.

Oh yeah one of the Raimi movies did the Spider-Man garbage can panel. That’s it though, right?
