i believe they worked out the music rights issues that caused it to be delisted when they bought the IP back from microsoft, its only been back for a year or so it feels like

I feel like the game implies a couple of times that they are both constructs with specific purposes but never follows up on it. Part of my respect for that game is it letting some things go unsaid.
