star gladiator is the result of capcom pitching a star wars game, but lucasarts deciding to make masters of teras kasi themselves instead. so capcom changed the star wars stuff to their own original characters like a dinosaur with a baby rattle and a big brain guy with a tennis ball stuck in his mouth and literally just the guy from alien soldier but with knives instead of guns
