Nothing in Black Armory feels worth the grind, so no, I have neither.
The seasonal pass model was a failure as far as I’m concerned, not because the content was bad (although some of it was), but because everything was gated behind these long grindy quests that had you do a bunch of chores before you actually got to do anything new at all. It fucking sucks. The old expansion model had you play through whatever new story stuff was there and then you could go dick around the game however you wanted as long as you reached the minimum level for the new activities, and then you got to play it.
Nowadays you’re stuck between two options: play the game how you want to and never unlock the seasonal pass shit, or play the game how it wants you to and feel like your time is being wasted.
I think I’m just sick of this game.
it is really annoying having like 50% of the shit in this game being gated behind stuff that wouldve been considered an annoying exotic quest but ive gotten lucky with black armory in that all of the frames ive forged have been really fucking good…unlocking new forges sucks ass but i think this trend towards all the grindy shit is to keep the poopsockers satiated while they try to make the game playable for the rest of us with more powerful gear dailies/weeklies and catchup bounties. i think this is also why they went back to the stupid ass random rolls as well because people who play destiny A Lot are fucking braindead morons
