Except now this will be making references to a Snyder-centric DC movie universe that doesn’t exist anymore and there will be fans piecing together and imagining What Could Have Been for years to come. This will eventually inspire some comic books called “Zack Snyder’s Batman/Superman/Etc.”

Batman’s nightmare world would have been how Justice League 2 ended, with Apokolips conquering Earth, and Green Lantern and the Lantern Corps showing up to help the JL in a cosmic war against Apokolips.
Jim Lee drew storyboards for all of this. They should release those since it’s unlikely any of this will ever actually happen. Truly the darkest timeline.

What is the deal with that aspect ratio? Is it just because the trailer was one twitter? Or are there going to be those horizontal bars on either side of the image on everyone’s tv? Is this the price we pay for the Snyder cut?
