Speed Freak (Vectorbeam, arcade, 1979? Says Wikipedia/arcade-history.com)

Then again dunno about arcade-history.com because they say another game designed by the same guy, Vectorbeam founder Larry Rosenthal, OOPS!, was 1978, whereas gamesthatwerent.com, who actually got in touch with Rosenthal, calls OOPS! 1979.

OOPS! is also vector-based and rather an interesting one because it only ever made it to a prototype phase in which, as arcade-history.com summarizes it, “the player controls a sperm trying to fertilize an egg located in the middle of the screen.” In 2020 Rosenthal managed to get the game’s attract screen running and captured some shakycam footage before it stopped working again:

Back in the day, OOPS! had been on test at Silverball Gardens in Berkeley, and Rosenthal had said of it that “if it won’t go over in Berkeley, it won’t go over anywhere.” He also wanted to reprogram it to be “more exciting and X-rated.”

Tetris Classic (Spectrum Holobyte, DOS, 1992)

for Tetris Classic, they showcased the Video Graphics Array (VGA) standard via illustrations depicting scenes from Alexander Pushkin’s poem Ruslan and Ludmila, as well as a soundtrack consisting of selections from Mikhail Glinka’s opera adaptation of the poem.

Besides the DOS version, there’s a pretty sharp Win 3.x version:
