if anyone picked this up and for some reason has a spare RE2make or 7 code I’d be interesting.
Oh sure NOW you’ll be interesting.
Doom 64 is free on Epic right now if you want to get a PC port of it
The PC Port is good!!
Also, play this wad!!!
Stasis is pretty alright, a space horror adventure that looks like it’s in the Baldur’s Gate engine. Lots of love poured into teeny-tiny blinking lights and moving displays.
I dunno, I played through it and I’d say it was effortful, and made by capable artists, but with atrocious writing that sunk the whole thing.
I’m pretty much a sucker for pseudo-isometric maximalism yet I just found the experience unpleasant
Also, too committed to the pseudo-rpg aesthetic for the point and click puzzle solving to feel remotely satisfying.
One of those terrible games that frustratingly looks like it should be good.
The more I remember of the game, the more I hate it. It’s one of those works that leans hard into the stereotype of ‘splatterpunk means misogyny, right?’ and I can’t tell if this is a reflection of the writers’ values or if they’re just lazy hacks but the writing relies so much on ‘maim and murder women and children so that the male protagonist can feel traumatized’
It definitely feels like it was started in the late '90s in more than one way.
why game sale when i broke

If you were thinking about picking up Soul Hackers 2 on PC, you can get it for $12 off until “supplies run out” or whatever digital bullshit
speaking of Fanatical, this bundle seems good:

i already own a lot of these games so it’s a less good deal for me - but it’s got Pathologic 2, Dishonored 2, and Evil Within 2 all in there. i might consider getting it anyway to get Fallout 4 and those 2 Dread X Collections 50% off.
Kinda think everyone should have to experience just how awful Fallout 4 is
The game soft locking every time I accessed a terminal cuz my framerate was too high…that rocked so hard.
If you want Japan shit and have American money the exchange rate has NEVER been more in your favor.
Fairly solid “programming game” bundle put up by Humble:
$10 for both Exapunks and Shenzen I/O is a rather good deal (I’m not sure Exapunks alone has ever been cheaper than that), plus I at least heard of most of the other games in there. Might pick it up myself.
Snagged this, which means I now have an extra Steam key for TIS-100 if anyone wants it!
yes please
