Ya missed the boat just a little bit - last gen copies have been about $10 for the last year, until this update hit and the price crept back up on 'em 
That said, there should be a ton of used copies floating around out there.

headed to gamestop today anyway to preorder Elden Ring so i’ll see what i find
I’m curious, in what open world game is this not the case? Of course the momentum drops to nothing because you have to have freedom to do open world crap! I thought the best part of the narrative by far was the later third or so. The initial heist was fairly boring and too on rails. I’d say it gets better after this.
But I wouldn’t put off Elden Ring for cp2077. Heck no!

congratulations, you got the vibrator weapon which is one of the best melee weapons in the game and the best weapon to use to to take in most of the cyberpsychos alive.
Yeah I dunno this game is half of 3 different games.
