I suppose I’ll find out some day. I can only speak for myself but the voices in my head tend to be colder than the ones I hear outside. If I can talk to another person then I can move outside of my mind for a bit. There’s more space on the outside.

sometimes you just need someone/something to puke all those awful inner thoughts at. like it happens so often that I express a fear/anxiety out loud and just HEARING it outside my head forces a perspective that I wouldn’t get otherwise
