for a long time i was thinking about making a videogame along these lines, player takes the role of GM, you try to set stuff up so the players have a good time, there’s a pseudo-persona structure where you hang out with players outside the game and that affects interpersonal dynamics, etc. would be nothing else like it but god it’s too much fucking writing
