How do you guys handle buying massive amounts of turnips? I bought 81 stacks of turnips (8,100) today. I filled up my main room and back room full of turnips, then still needed more space, so I made a 5x5 fenced-off area right outside my house and put the rest there, with barely enough room to fit them.
I canāt imagine thereās really any better way to do this, I guess itās a deliberate design choice to prevent you from quickly and exponentially gathering trillions of bells, but maybe there is some super genius method that I havenāt thought of?
Nope. Either dropping them or burying them.

I built a fenced zone on a natural plateau at the northernmost region of my island, named it Turnip Town which has now degraded to Nipton, and just throw the damn things all there and deal with Isabelle complaining about trash laying around later

One of my villagers had a flea so I caught it off him, and he was grateful. Then the next time I walked past him he saw my flea and offered to buy it saying āI always wanted one of these!ā

A while ago, a villager asked me what my favorite food was. While navigating the options, I accidentally selected āCream puffsā. Was only slightly annoyed, but I know it doesnāt actually matter for anything, so moved on and promptly forgot about it.
Today, I spoke with a villager, and they said they heard some interesting gossip about meā¦ What could it be, I thought. They explained they had heard that cream puffs were my favorite food, and asked me if this was still the case. I could tell them it was, or I could say ānot anymore.ā
Being put on the spot like this was so awkward, and I couldnāt bring myself to explain that this information was incorrect, so I just told them that it was true. It seemed the easiest.
Now I feel like I am living a lie. Will I ever gather the strength to correct this rumor, or will I continue to repeat and reaffirm until even I myself have forgotten how this all started and truly believe that cream puffs are actually my favorite food. Lord save me from this identity crisis.
