Oh man, I just bought one fo these by Cirka the other day at a local game shop for twenty-five US dollars. I think it was also just very recently released.
It’s pretty good! I haven’t played with it all that much, but the d-pad felt right and the buttons felt appropriate enough. Which is what I wanted!

just fyi for anyone wanting a good solution for game boy player stuff, raphnet makes SNES-to-GCN adapters which are super low latency. snes pad is superb for game boy
