lol i just keep my nose the ground on soundcloud/follow a lot of local scenes, it helps that i grew up around a bunch of producers/was friends with a couple of early hyperpop people and it taught me what to look for/how to keep up with the underground. basically just find one or two guys you fuck with on soundcloud and follow everyone they follow rinse repeat
