there was a great moment watching my friend dj the other weekend. someone in the crowd had been shazaming like every other track and we got to watch his live reaction to the name ‘mc bin laden’.
little boy GOT A HOT ROD thinks it makes him some kind of new god, well this is one race he wont win
I prefer the final version they went with (I’ve been learning it on guitar), but the repetitive bassline from this version has been stuck in my head all day.
amazing & exhilarating
Jesus christ, Meiko (the vocaloid) is 19 years old already?
Was listening to a Meiko vocaloid cover earlier today (which i couldn’t find, unfortunately), so you have to make do w/ a live performance of the pretty effin good original song instead
which makes me feel nostalgia and happy and sad all at the same time. Good times
This morning, Sarah’s car had to go into the shop, the dog finally broke the crate that Logan had kicked in last week, and then Logan started screaming at us this morning because he saw Sarah putting clean clothes on his bed and had to take out garbage. Things only escalated when I was driving Sarah to work and him to school, so when Spotify picked this song on a randomized punk list, it felt way too appropriate.
content warning: very regrettable r-slur
Is this body me? Can i be more than it? Was there ever a better way to live
In a rotting shell, why do i exist?? Is this fucked-up hell really all there is?
in a simpler time, in a safer world, in a place where we were just normal girls
would we understand? would we still connect? would we recognize? would we still be friends
