There’s a robot golf game that is a reskin of another golf game featuring a human IIRC. Can’t remember its name. Might be Mecarobot.
Before Ribbit King there was Kero Kero King ケロケロキング on PS1. I loved 100%ing that.
And let’s not forget New 3D Golf Simulation: Devil’s Course by T&E SOFT (PC-98, SNES, MD, 3DO, slightly different name on SAT)
Will Harvey’s Zany Golf I played it on Atari ST but the original Apple IIGS version is most impressive.
The Hyper Golf: Devil’s Course aka Valora Valley Golf, Saturn remake of New 3D Golf Simulation: Devil’s Course on the PC-9801 aka True Golf Classics: Wicked 18 also on SNES, Mega Drive and 3DO as mentioned by matt just above!
A mostly completely straight golf simulation, except you’re playing in hell! There are floating rocks and things.
There are very powerful special moves that require perfect hits and I can never do. Such as teleportation, controlling the ball with your MIND, and fire.
Beautiful digital multimedia graphics, excellent game.
I recommend watching the video below, where the player hits a WARP BALL on their first shot.
