VR SUCKS... or does it???

Wipeout day one purchase. Racket fury for ping pong action. Beat Saber is outrageously fun. Dirt rally vr owns.

kills me there’s no decent bowling game.

Play the Wipeout demo first, because like me you may get so sick from it that you never want to even think about it again.

I actually thought the default settings where it only gives you a tiny tiny cone to see through to prevent nausea were far worse than opening up the whole FOV!

I get carsick if you breathe on me funny yet I have no problem with any VR, proof that I am not built to go anywhere

yes don’t even bother with the default settings.

the only videogame to give me motion sickness was Titanfall 2 and I’m pretty sure it was because of all the wall-running / perspective twisting on a static TV. Wipeout VR’s default settings make this 10x worse. the world turns but your head isn’t moving. it’s awful

Oh yeah, shit, @Father.Torque I’d forgotten about wipeout VR/your love of wipeout, deffo get the PSVR for the moment

I may sell my Rift S here soon and try to get the Reverb G2, I’ll report back

It’s my solemn duty to play the Oculus exclusive Respawn WWII Medal of Honor game, the most depressing outcome of being bought out by their former publisher

this is Respawn’s new-this-month Medal of Honor game, isn’t it, history circling back in on itself on the backs of junior software developers

Amazing that Medal of Honor still manages to be a B-team knockoff even when Respawn makes one

I can’t believe I have to look up videos of this to see if it is more or less period accruate re:clothing than CoDWW2.

I admit I keep almost buying Battlefield V so I can stare at the shirts.

It looks like an educational game they’d use in 2040 to fail to get bored kids interested in WWII

Getting a glimpse here of the future where WWII battles are as boring to non-dads as Civil War ones already are
