I will admit that I have only fond memories of it, and also I was not even a teen when I played it.
These days its mostly just about the cool, edgy sound bites, and the absolutely slappin’ soundtrack

it’d be kind of funny if they did it and then extended the san andreas thing of gatekeeping content via bridge closures across the whole game. like the map is the size of the previous game but it’s split up by like 200 bridges which have to be opened up one by one according to opaque conditions like holding a certain gun in a certain type of weather etc. really tower of druagaing it.

Our loss that that William Friedkin movie The Hunted, where Benicio del Toro is Rambo in Portland, never got a video game adaptation back when they were doing that for like The Godfather and stuff

If they had done Red/Green in the U.S. I would have had a much harder time choosing Red (for its exclusive Pokemon) because green is my favorite color
