wow rym 9000 gave me an an achievement for crashing the game
Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu is my second favorite cave game! Right behind the original DDP
m2 bringing almost ever toaplan game to consoles
(the two they aren’t are a mahjong game and a quiz game)
Wooooahhhhhh
Although I dunno I’m not sure I’d want to play it other than on GBA. Still, that’s cool.
I just played through “Arrange Mode” in Mushihimesama. The extra boss at the end is a nice addition. I like the way the music gets more and more calm as the bullet patterns get more outrageous. (Also, more video game music should include bell sounds.)
Edit: Here’s that last song in isolation. It’s a good one.
every cave boss music always sends chills down my spine and gets me amped up to do a VERTICAL MURDER
i basically had a breakdown at work today and hid in the toilet playing dodonpachi blissful death for 45 minutes. so, yeah. im glad these games got the 64bit update.
more good cave music
“Secret input” available to play them in correct aspect ratio because millenials lol
You would be shocked what percentage of old men on retro gaming Japanese Twitter plays in stretched aspect ratio if they’re not playing on a 4:3 CRT. I don’t understand why anyone would do that.
are we assuming that esp.ra.de isn’t gonna be getting a western release?
dangun feveron did, though
that one didn’t make it to europe. do you know if it was released at the same time in us and japan?
Dangun was definitely delayed a bit for Western release, though not as much as Garegga. However, there are two more of the Shot triggers games that never got Western release, so I would say it doesn’t look great for ESP Ra.De. Would love to be proven wrong though.
whaaaaat
which games?
Ketsui and Sorcer Striker. Ketsui did get a disc release at least, so importing it is easy.
oooh didn’t realise ketsui had that, thanks
