Happy for any of my poems to be used/borrowed/cited
I’m cool with that.
when someone reads a poem by a person you better be telling them fun facts about who wrote it

Renga Game: November
Collage Edition
Now we’re going to go far off the beaten track and move into the direction of visual arts. “But how are we going to do that?” you may ask. By constructing a 3x2 composition one sliver at a time.
Consider this:
I mean, just imagine if your design were there, next to other poster’s designs. Now I’m not going to pull out a ruler to make sure you make something that is exactly 1:2 ratio. Just aim for the ballpark.
“Wow, I’m so excited to see my design there. But what kind of design are we making?” That’s probably your next question. You will make a collage of images. Feel free to use digital or physical images. Because I want to print this one day, make sure the images are black and white (or look good in black and white).
In an homage to haiku structure, I am imposing rules on your collage. The first sliver in a composition must have images from 5 sources. The second sliver must have images from 7 sources. The third sliver must have images from 5 sources. I hope you will agree that these rules are fair and balanced.

Are we aiming for a minimum/maximum/ideal resolution?
Great question. Since I’d like to print this, I think we want the resolution to be good enough for that. I’m a novice at this, so forgive me for messing up the technical details. I’m reading that 300 DPI is a good resolution for printing pn books and cards. Let’s say the final image gets printed at 6x4 inches. That means each sliver is 2x4 inches. At 300 DPI, that turns into a resolution of 600x1200, right?
Someone who knows more about printing, please help me out here
Wow, turns out I don’t know how to use photo editing software at all lol. This is so much harder than I thought it would be.
