i was thinking about the scene before the grotesque sex scene and its totally going to be like this thing where she pours her heart out to him, tells him all her trauma and like the shit he went through and the way the man expresses his empathy is with fucking, and like, the way the fucking is portrayed is not empathetic i care fucking at all? its weird. this whole thing is way worse than i thought it was gonna be, they should have just stuck with animal cruelty

at least watching someone get their head cut off or shredded by a 30mm cannon on liveleak might teach you something about how fucking horrible the world is, playing a 20 hour game made by white dads where people get their heads caved in constantly is overwhelming and will probably actually leave you just feeling exhausted and desensitized instead of galvanized against extreme violence or whatever lol. i remember playing spec ops the line because it was a pre-order bonus for an actually good game and it was just so heavy-handed and exhausting that i didnt even “learn” what the developers wanted me to, except that they’re fucking idiots that think being railroaded into doing virtual war crimes is a personal indictment of the player

im trying to find a clip of the rabanastre raid where the dude says YOU WILL BE JUDGED for a joke about people who choose to play this game but instead im going to say theres plenty of hyper violent shit out there that probably has more of a point than this game
i GUESS its kind of interesting in an anthropological way to see like the patterns of game development to allow something like this to be made on such a huge huge huge budget but holy shit im really grasping for straws to find any excuse for this game to exist

like this is the kind of game that would be difficult to pull off even if videogame developers had ever learned subtlety, i cant imagine being shaken to my core and telling everyone “much to think about” because i played a game made by cissies where a trans person’s head explodes after suffering countless Cruelties. what a pathetic weak bitch affliction lol
imo yoko taro is the only straight dude that gets to make miserygames because he did it as a commentary on gaming’s reliance on “kill” as its only verb (i.e. taking musou gameplay v. literally and writing the kinds of characters who would believably act like that) & not to go “wow i gave you no choice but to watch do transphobia & graphic murder for hours so this means you’re a bad person”
