I totally looked up emulated/modded RPCS3 videos right after the reveal, too. I would be very surprised if Bluepoint approaches the subtle artistry of the original, but I am glad that this reenvisioning isn’t as bad as I first thought. I do think that they can make the gameplay a little better. I always forget the small things that annoyed me about the original Demons until I go back and play it again.
Also, uh, anyone want to speculate what “fractured mode” is going to be? I’m hoping a randomizer, but it might just be a hardcore mode or something dumber.
the most urgent piece of speculation i’m willing to indulge in is if they recreated the OST and if so did they get a bunch of expensive classical musicians to do this song

Watched the new Horizon trailer. A lot of those scenery animations like the waves crashing and the trees and stuff look low framerate game sux PS5 is canceled oh wait there’s flying enemies now I need to be able to ride those and fly around game looks tight af.
