It’s May 1st and I’m here to ask you, fair poster, what games have you not played, or not played enough. What’s your backlog looking like right now? I do a good job of playing mine, apparently. Had an intense morning a few weeks back where few more series and genres I’m not into anymore crystalized vividly and the cart / full case sell pile grew mighty. ^ _^

I did, I got to the last area, despite the miserable miserable combat. I decided I could just watch the last area on youtube, well still haven’t done that.

Curious what your time played is looking like as I know it is long but am unsure exactly just how long.

So last year I put up a list of 50 games within my larger utterly absurd looking backlog (feel free to click here and see all of it) that were higher priority, and I got to 8 of them during 2025 which is… well about what I expected. Well I’m around 100 hours, but nearing the end is really just by number of puzzles, so most of the ones left are the hardest ones and so time wise I wouldn’t be surprised if I go another 20 hours. Some of these are just viciously hard. Though of course in the true nature of puzzles, some sevens (out of 7 difficulty) are easier than some fours, it all depends on what hits you mentally.

To be honest though I think this game goes on a bit too long, possibly because there are a few too many puzzles that feel like filler. It’s not as bad as some because there are many sections introducing several new rules, and some rule combos get their own collection, but also there are well over a thousand puzzles.

The end for me is completing every puzzle, but I could see being satisfied with reaching the first level of completion on each window (each having four tiers of completion), or really whatever feels right.
