i’m worried about kyoto, those 2 are absolutely absurd lol

basically it’s kind of poetic that it’s down to the last 4 and they are by far the strongest records in the game, are the first and last courses, respectively, and are held by the two prior champions of the game

pancakes is the prior western champion and his kyoto lap might be the most optimized time in the game. beating it will require extreme luck on top of extreme skill

past is the japanese champion and their blizzard blitz record is a masterpiece. given how long and complex and open the track is, it’s amazing how optimized their 1:56 is, especially since the best time anywhere else in the world when they set that was 2:00.31, and was only improved to a 1:59.96 a few months later and hadn’t been improved since

most of these records i get within a few hours once i start grinding

i’ve already spent 10+ hours grinding blizzard blitz and still haven’t got either the lap nor the race time, shit is absolutely unreal

the problem is you have like a 2% chance to make it through a single lap with all the optimal shit

and you have to do 2 laps

here’s a lap 1 that’s half a second faster than WR

just need 2 of these and it’s mine
