i wanted to say that there’s just so much range here!! i really like how bjork-like “cult of me” sounds, terrible town bangs, i wish i had the temerity to name a song “go fuck yourself” and then literally have the title of the song be words that i sing in the song!!
i’m going to listen back more but yes i wanted to echo that it’s REALLY good and i had a lot of fun in the listening party on bandcamp while wrangling ash
my newer band has a demo out today, I sort of have no idea if it’s actually good bc 1. I don’t listen to music that sounds like it often and so have little basis of comparison for what’s clever, what’s hacky, etc and 2. I’ve gotten really close w the two other members, maybe it’s weird but I’ve never actually been in a band w deep friendships, working w them is really fun and consequently I have trouble being critical bc I listen to the output and just think “yay I’m having fun with my friends 
”. anyway here’s me having fun with my friends

needs work. and I wanted, tried, to put vocals to it but I simply don’t have the equipment/priv-acy to do so and bailed once it started feeling like work cuz this is for channeling some joy towards my dog bruv and now I have this song I can sing to myself and it made me feel better making it… I might attempt a simplistic animated “karaoke” video…(maybe it’s the game designer in me but that could be kinda fun(ny) to just release a bunch of unknown songs with karaoke style videos) anyway.

oh it’s really great! clip launch mode makes knocking together arrangements v easy, I love yelling into the little mic to make blown out backing vocals, it has enough depth and flexibility to get things sounding finished without having a sterile “playing live to tracks with soothe on everything” feel, I’m v happy with it
