Do it! Just make an outline for one level, right now. It’s not the whole thing it’s just one little piece so it’s easy.

the curtains and wallpaper in that tileset are so good, i feel like i could spend my life wandering through decayed floral mansion.

after years of never using any of the unity lighting effects i’m gradually going all in on making things that look like a blacklight poster

putting off writing stuff by doodling horror movie posters to use as background assets, it’s kind of difficult to hit the exact right spot between bland enough not to be too distracting and specific enough to be funny. the mainstream videogame people i respect the most are whoever comes up with background paintings in resident evil games, which always have the perfect balance of the two.

DM me if you are cool and would be down to play around w/ the platforming. It’s kinda rough, but it’s different and unique and I think it’s got a lot of potential?

The parallel universes look like eyeballs and now I’m thinking about biblical descriptions of angels where they’re described as beings covered in eyeballs and shit.

A cityscape I’ve been working on using GameBoy color/resolution. 160x144 pixels. Don’t know if this is the final version or not but it’s close.
