I have to admit, a randomly generated Zelda-esque game where the final boss is chasing you the whole time from the first screen on is a pretty decent concept.
Incel Syndrome is an interactive visual novel. The player is able to freely explore two timelines. The PRESENT, which documents Sam’s current interactions and activities. And the PAST, a manifesto-style account of his life until the present day. At the end of the game both timelines converge in an unprecedented display of phantasmagoric apotheosis.
I’m not even sure what a precedented display of phantasmagoric apotheosis entails!

looking forward to an ethnology sister - spider hell crossover
i’ve played the previous release of this game (that i guess this release has replaced). the developers of this game getting royally screwed over by their publisher actually made news couple years back, so i assume that’s part of why there’s a new version. it was a pretty interesting/different rougelite people who are into that kind of stuff might want to check out. i’m kind of curious what they changed with this new version.
this is another one by that Marginal Act developer i’ve been fascinated with for awhile. it seems like their attempt to make something more accessible but it still looks just as weird and inscrutable as their other stuff.
