ok I watched this and I have concluded he has perhaps just aged into looking italian

I have this curiosity but my mind is not able to recall where this text appears, so I am asking selectbutton in my weakness.

Thinking about the line from the original Resident Evil, “Enter the world of survival horror”, I was curious if this is the first instance of that phrase coming up. And then I started to wonder if in the original Japanese writing the phrase more or less has the same connotation as it does in English. I can’t remember when you see this in the game. I think it’s when you load up a save?

It’s ENTER A WORLD OF SURVIVAL HORROR in japanese as well.

What kind of problems you having? I actually had to fix one of mine that would register phantom button presses when you moved it around by opening it up and putting tape around a little piece of styrofoam or something in there. Weird fix but it worked.

The two controllers that work at all are having missed button presses (one is X and the other is O).

sounds like they need a hug and a kiss then

I bought this PowerA wired PS3 controller for $8 a few months back because all but one of my 4 DualShock 3’s have issues that make them more or less unusable.

It’s kinda cursed because its analog sticks aren’t aligned. But I’m glad to have it (also somehow I have a hard time keeping track of my mini USB cable now that everything is micro, which is weird, but hey). I’ve been meaning to open up some of my old DS3’s (and my first DualShock 4) and seeing if I can clean/fix something in them, but I also have no idea what I’m doing lol

The Steam version of Ys 1 & 2 Let’s you walk diagonally which makes bumping more fun, but it also has this weird thing where the bosses are super fast.

you can use ds4’s on the ps3 but it always seems like an inconsistent pain to get it to recognise them.

also no rumble for children of eden

Does this work over bluetooth? And/or can I map a DS4 button to the PS button on the DS3? I have a spare DS4, but I’ve only gotten this to work wired and the DS3 still needs to turn on the PS3 and I think the PS button only works on the DS3.

If I remember, as you say, you need to turn on the ps3 and then go to the bluetooth menu and then connect the ds4 while wired. So probably not a solution.

My ds3 only holds a charge for about 15 minutes

you probably just need one of these Brook PS3/PS4 to PS3/PS4 Super Converters. i don’t own one but i use a similar product for saturn/dreamcast and it works flawlessly

are the shadow hearts games any good

I found the first one kinda unique because I didn’t really read the style as Lovecraftian and playing it off the back of FFX was pretty interesting. Not sure if it’s aged well at all.
