wasn’t bad tbh. the limited computing power meant i spent no time playing games and instead binge-composed electronic music albums. i only wish i could be so unhealthily productive these days

I got a need for some Android on a computer screen. Anyone got any advice on a PC Android emulator? I am pretty sure I’ll need to access the Google Play store…
I remember using MEmu to play Lara Croft GO and it was functional?

Another approach would be to use a Chromebook that supports Android Apps. That’ll have Play Store access.
I think BluStacks was the one once recommended to me at one point butthat was a while ago. I would go through this:

In Earthbound, there’s an arcade. In that arcade are arcade games:
The left is clearly a riff on Donkey Kong, the right is Space Invaders/Galaga/Whatever. Does anyone recognize what the middle game would be?

Sky Skipper? I’m going on the assumption all three are Nintendo arcade games so the Space Invaders cab is probably one of Nintendo’s clones too.

am i right in thinking the best way to play lightgun games in mame etc. right now is a mayflash wii sensor bar and a wii remote?
This design irks me. It’s got a lot of ray-gun going on but just enough regular gun that it ends up clashing.
