I know someone posted the PS2 version of Virtua Racing earlier, but it’s also worth nothing the Switch port is one of the best things on that platform if you like polygons.

there’s a lot I like in this look

the effect of photo-reference lighting with vague models and pixelated textures is that it’s more place-real; my eye passes over object interiors without getting caught on sharp modeled details and I’m in the scene
