This game looks to have so much more character than any previous Pokemon game, so into it
yeesh i got pokemon fever, just started up a fresh x (y?) yesterday
After my hype for X died a few hours into the game I figured I’d be safely back into another decade of not playing Pokemon but this game well and truly appears fresh in ways that are probably just me projecting my hopes.
Guess I’m buying it.
Like I went from Red/Blue to Heart Gold and now I’m going from X to Moon the interval has become distressingly short, this almost feels like the Sonic Cycle
underwhelmed by the demo, gonna buy the game anyway because people at school are into it and i wanna be a part of something
I thought for a moment there was some challenge in the demo, but it was just some dust in my nose. If I do get the new game, I may have to nuzlocke it.

I knew sticking to Rowlet would pay off. Look at that handsome boy. All grown and still shy.
It also confirms leaks but yeah that everyone knew.
Also there’s gonna be a Pokemon World Tournament mode with grown up Red and Blue. These may be arguably the best pokemon games of all time.

Not that I went for either game myself (screwed with the simulator briefly, though), but did somehow everybody else in Selectbutton not go for it either? As far as I heard, the demo was lackluster, but the main game is as earnest and unregimented as the known formula-breaking suggested.
Also, the new generation’s designs as a collective whole are still probably some of the most clever the games ever had.

I am playing it. Just got to the second island.
I just started and was very disappointed to find that the devs neglected to put gingers in the game. Rather than an oversight this decision may have been made with our fear of the Sun in mind, however as I bought Moon, I expected a player option with hair at least a little orange. Out of spite and based on the fact that one of the available options was a blond bishonen fuckboi I decided to make my character Reinhard from LOGH and obtain the region then the universe etc. And what the heck, there’s probably enough space themed pokemon for a dumb gimmick team by now, might as well make that my goal.
