really really shitty bluetooth? My friend backed the kickstarter so I got to experience first hand just how unresponsive it was. I guess it probably worked fine if the wireless controller was less than 5 feet away from the console but why make it wireless at that point?

I just found this thread for the first time in a while and wanted to clarify that in fact virtually no SNES SPRGs were localized (despite front mission, langrisser, tactics ogre, fire emblem, etc. generally being classics by Japanese console gaming standards in 1995), compared to the genesis where we at least got shining force.
Tactics Ogre wasn’t localized until quest ported it to the PS1 in very limited quantities to try to capitalize on the success of FFT. Ogre Battle was localized for some reason, though.
