Keep looking at all these blue+ level 1 quests and thinking, nahā¦
i definitely regret taking all the intro class/job quests because it just means i have an armory chest thatās always full of stuff iām afraid to get rid of
that being said, i did finally max out an alt (blm) and am now working on white mage, so iāll have one of each role. my general goal is to level up enough classes to do all the shb and endwalker role quests.
gear is so fucking easy to get now. if you do a dungeon you get a guaranteed gear dropā¦ hold on to nothing unless you need it in the moment or can currently equip it. you can get a jobs worth of 50/60/70/80 tomestone gear in like a day
like I really fucking mean it when I say THROW EVERTHING YOUāRE NOT USING RIGHT NOW AND VERY OFTEN AWAY. YOU CAN GET LITERALLY EVERYTHING āUNIQUEā BACK FROM A SALVAGER. ALL ITEMS CAN BE GATHERED, you donāt need to hold on to that gear thatās too high level to equip for months or the crafting materials you canāt use because all crafters need other crafters and you only levellled one. you load into zones faster with less shit in your inventory. stop hoarding
another reason to be in the butts free company is that we can craft all the levelling and end gear you need

I canāt believe my fucking soapbox is FINAL FANTASY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT if I see another person hanging onto potions that arenāt sustaining potions because theyāre currently obsessed with palace of the dead I will SCREAM
hot tip potions and ethers are useless in ffxiv. if you ever start savage raiding you will craft tinctures but POTIONS ARE GARBAGE. ELIXIRS ARE GARBAGE. HI ETHER? FUCKING GARBAGE. there is NOT a boss coming up where that item will be useful. they just HAVE to be in a ff game

devastated that my primary interaction with World of Warcraft (listing absolutely everything in my inventory at cut-rate prices) doesnāt really exist here since youāre so limited in how much you sell at once, and since auctions donāt expire, I have no sense for what I should be throwing at vendors
my rule is if it sells for over 1k (5k if i have a lot of money on hand, 10k if i have even more money, etc, theres no real math to it just how financially secure i feel) marketboard it, otherwise vendor
in stormblood you open up an extra vendor with a weekly allowance who buys things for double vendor price which makes not MBing everything feel a little better
the reason you cna only sell 20 items at a time is so you buy more retainers (i hate it)

Titan, Ifrit, Alexander Prime, Zurvan, Ravana, if itās an ascension rule
Shadowbringers Yshtola, Heavensward Yshtola, Arenvald Lentinus, Urianger, Papalyma & Yda works good for plus/same
the normal deck hasnāt done me dirty yet, need to play more but Iām still RACING
