this looks so close to one of my dream games that itâs actually eerie. iâve never heard of this before now, but i am very excited by it
Au contraire I was in the target age range for neopets during the scientology years so I only have experience of that era
did you play neopets DID TULPA HAVE A NEOPETS PHASE
A very shortlived one! I was scared of anything that featured gambling so I stopped using the site after only a few months
Are Quake 2 expansions good?
I mean if you like quake 2 theyâre probablyâŚfine. they were more interesting in the past because they messed with the enemy ai and abilities to make them tougher (and you could play regular q2 using the console this way) but the remaster is already way beyond that. The new weapons are pretty w/e. In one xpac, itâs nostalgia for quake 1. One of them has a nail gun thatâs just the hyper blaster but with its own ammo, which I guess is cool because you can save your cells for the bfg? Thereâs a plasma beam thatâs the thunderbolt but is also basically just a hitscan hyperblaster that does use cells. And the other expansion is like wouldnât it be cool if you had a worse rocket launcher that uses up twice as much ammo. One of the expansions is by the redneck rampage guys too. It doesnât inspire confidence
Maybe new machinehead expansion could be good. If itâs comparable to the one made for Quake 1, I might download Quake 2 just to play that expansion
This is my E3 and it owned. Got so many neat little games to try for the rest of the year.
Ok I know nothing about this game but based on the concept and the way it looks and moves Iâm gonna say the developers are French
Mexican! wtf!
Like Saint Seiya in South America
This is where I got Terra Diver on Saturn! I was very polite.
i keep getting this âyou can never go âhomeâ againâ feeling lately about eventually going back to Japan. like that tourists have become so awful, my experience is going to be a lot worse the next time i get there (itâs beenâŚ13 years, somehow)
Since 2019, my wife and I have been planning on moving to Taiwan long term. Over time, Iâve had this feeling growing that it wonât be as fulfilling to me as moving to China was in 2016. But⌠I wonât know unless I go so thatâs still the plan.
yeah i mean i still want to/will visit, but iâm just afraid the general attitude towards tourists has further soured
I can see that, but I think in practice you wouldnât face that much animosity if you were acting politely and following expectations. Every country is different, but when I lived in China there were a couple of times where youâd think people would hate you for being American but strangers were almost more friendly than people I interact with in the US. Worst I got was just privacy invading curiosity.
