I had totally forgotten about this! I think Nintendo Power printed it loong after the fact and I messed around with playing Tetris at weird speeds then totally filed it away.
Had I remembered I’d have been sampling shitwave in slow-mo for years.

It is notorious for working very poorly, and sometimes not at all.
Additionally there was a large number of parents and representatives demonstrating to the company Nintendo that the smallest were injured by the constant falls playing with this accessory, causing bruises and in a few cases fractures, this was the definitive reason why the production of the Roll was stopped 'n Rocker, selling the goods at very low prices to exit the stock, causing significant losses to the company LJN in those years.

Hori Pocket Analog Controller
there are 0 available on ebay currently. i would pay way too much for one of these… they have neGcon and flight stick compatibility! the analog sticks are supposedly fantastic! alas, these things seem to be unobtanium.
maybe @Rudie can find one on yahoo auctions or something.
