The Spider-Man haul has arrived. Not even scratching the surface of all the titles I need, but it’s progress
very weird that web of shadows doesn’t have the DS logo on the spine. I did some digging and I’m pretty sure it’s not a printed replacement either cause I couldn’t see one that did have it. very peculiar misprint for sure
Curious if you have thoughts on the Insomniac Spider-mans or if you prefer the older licensed stuff for its charm.

I think my favorite carts are the ones with some previous owner’s name permanently marked on them. ^ _^ (If I ever get one with a name crossed out and a new one written in I will be super pumped. : D)
Cart cupboard was getting a little tight, inspired me to sell some of the ones I wasn’t really into. ^ _^
I’ve got so many Super Famicom carts that I got on eBay (in the golden, pre-COVID era where you paid like $3 total and it showed up in less than a week) and a good number of them have some little kid’s name written across the top edge of the cart. It’s great.
Ooh I’m so deeply torn right now. I very badly want a PS5 and one of my local shops has one for $350, but I’m going to Japan this year and I need to save for that. I absolutely have the money for it, but it’d set back the savings
Honestly you can probably wait unless there’s a PS5 game you really wanna play immediately. idk about the latest console manufacturing situation (will PS5 go down in price?) but I feel like Japan trip is more worthy of the savings imo.
Well doing both are feasible. The Japan trip is guaranteed already this is a matter of spending money while there. Buying this now just means I have to be more frugal the next few months leading up to the trip which starts at the very end of May.
How much do you want to play Spider-man?

Well spider man isn’t actually the big one. I mainly want it for death stranding 2, but also they’re starting to stop making physical copies of things for PS4 so I gotta get one at least for that sooner than later. I probably can wait, but I’m impatient.
I’m very excited about Japan though. It’s gonna be sick I’m gonna buy so many Japanese transformers. My brother lives there and we’re primarily going for his wedding.
